Aktenordner Herma motiefordner 'Lieblingstiere' – kartonnen omslag, rugbreedte 70 mm, bedrukt design

Herma Motivordner "Lieblingstiere" is a printed cardboard binder folder with a 70 mm spine width designed to store documents, schoolwork and loose papers. The cover is made from sturdy cardboard with a decorative animal-themed print, providing an organized and visually appealing option for home, classroom or small office use. The folder is sold as a single unit and is suitable for use with common internal fasteners or punched documents depending on the chosen mechanism.

Advantages

The binder combines a durable cardboard cover with a wide 70 mm spine to accommodate a substantial number of sheets without excessive bulking. Its printed motif offers a clear decorative appearance that helps visually sort and identify contents. Being lightweight, the folder is easy to handle and transport while protecting papers from folding or light wear.

Suitable for

When it may not be suitable

The cardboard cover provides basic protection but is not water-resistant or impact-proof; it is not intended for heavy-duty industrial use or long-term archival storage where robust, archival-grade materials are required. If frequent outdoor exposure, heavy stacking or repeated rough handling is expected, a binder with a reinforced plastic or metal cover would be more appropriate.

How to use

Insert punched documents onto the internal fastener or place loose sheets if using a clip mechanism; align pages and secure the fastener according to its type. Close the cover to protect contents and use the spine to label or identify the folder. Store the binder upright on a shelf or flat in a stack, avoiding exposure to moisture. For transport, place the folder in a bag or carry it by hand to reduce bending or edge wear.

What to consider before purchase

Recommendations

For longer service life, keep the folder away from damp environments and avoid overfilling beyond the recommended capacity. Use spine labels or adhesive tags for quick identification and pair with plastic sleeves if additional protection for individual pages is needed.
