Aktetas MIQUELRIUS MR16984 — zwarte monochrome documentenaktetas

MIQUELRIUS MR16984 — black monochromatic document briefcase is a professional, compact solution for carrying and organising paperwork and everyday work essentials. The briefcase presents a simple exterior finish in solid black and is built from polyester with a water‑repellent surface and scratch‑resistant properties. Its interior layout includes a padded laptop compartment, several pockets and compartments for documents and accessories, and an adaptable strap or sleeve for use with a trolley.

Advantages

The briefcase combines a minimalist aesthetic with functional organisation: water‑repellent polyester protects contents from light moisture, and the scratch‑resistant surface helps maintain a clean appearance over time. The padded laptop compartment offers basic protection for computing devices while multiple inner pockets keep documents, cables and small items separated and accessible. The adaptable trolley sleeve increases travel convenience without altering the briefcase’s compact profile.

Suitable for

• Office workers who need a professional-looking document carrier
• Commuters transporting a laptop and papers between home and workplace
• Business meetings where a compact, monochromatic briefcase is preferred
• Short trips where organised storage for documents and accessories is required

When it may not be suitable

This briefcase is designed for document organisation and everyday commuting rather than heavy-duty outdoor use or prolonged exposure to severe weather; while the fabric is water‑repellent, it is not a fully waterproof technical case. It may also be less suitable for users who require extensive internal modularity or very large capacity beyond typical document and laptop storage.

Key specifications

• Colour: Black monochromatic
• Material: Polyester with water‑repellent finish
• Surface: Scratch‑resistant
• Main features: Padded laptop compartment, multiple pockets and compartments
• Compatibility: Adaptable to trolley handle

How to use

Place documents and folders into main compartments and secure smaller items such as pens, chargers and business cards in the internal pockets. Insert a laptop into the padded compartment for added protection. When travelling, slide the briefcase over a trolley handle using the adaptable sleeve to transport both items together. Clean the exterior with a damp cloth and avoid soaking the material to preserve the water‑repellent finish.

What to consider before purchase

• Check the internal dimensions and laptop compartment size to ensure it fits your device
• Consider whether water‑repellent (not fully waterproof) material meets your protection needs
• Assess required internal organisation — number of pockets and compartments for your accessories

Recommendations

For daily commuting and business use, place frequently needed items in outer or easily accessible pockets, store fragile electronics in the padded compartment, and use the trolley sleeve for combined carry when travelling from one location to another.
