Alarmbehuizing PULSAR AWO306 IP66 waterdicht – wandmontagebehuizing voor besturingen en batterijen

PULSAR AWO306 IP66 weatherproof alarm enclosure is a wall-mount housing designed to accommodate control panels, power supplies and batteries. Constructed from a combination of metal and plastic materials, the enclosure provides dust-tight and water-resistant protection compliant with IP66, helping to safeguard electronics from heavy rain, splashes and airborne particles. The housing includes dedicated cable entry points and a lockable front door for controlled access and secure installation in both indoor and outdoor environments.

Advantages

The PULSAR AWO306 offers durable protection through an IP66-rated enclosure that resists dust ingress and powerful water jets. Its metal/plastic construction balances mechanical strength and corrosion resistance, while the lockable door increases physical security for installed equipment. Cable entry options simplify wiring and reduce installation time, and the wall-mount format allows efficient use of space on building exteriors or utility rooms.

How to use

Mount the PULSAR AWO306 on a suitable flat wall surface using appropriate fasteners for the substrate. Route incoming and outgoing cables through the provided cable entry points and secure any grommets or seals to maintain the IP66 rating. Install control panels, power supplies and batteries inside the enclosure following manufacturer instructions for each device, ensuring adequate ventilation and clearance around heat-generating components. Close and lock the front door after wiring and configuration to protect equipment from environmental exposure and unauthorised access.

Recommendations

To preserve weatherproof performance, confirm that all cable entries and seals are correctly installed and periodically inspected for damage or wear. Use corrosion-resistant fixings appropriate to the mounting surface and avoid locating the enclosure where direct pooling of water or persistent ice formation can occur. For battery installations, follow battery manufacturer guidance for ventilation, separation and temperature limits to ensure safe and reliable operation.
