Highlights

• 2.3-inch monochrome backlit LCD for clear call information and menu navigation
• Dual 10/100 Mbps Ethernet ports (LAN & PC) to share a single network drop with your computer
• Power over Ethernet (IEEE 802.3af Class 1) support eliminates the need for a separate power adapter at the desk
• HD Voice and full-duplex speakerphone for natural, fatigue-free conversations
• Three contextual keys and a 4-way navigation pad for quick access to frequently used functions
• Wall mountable design with included desk stand for flexible placement

In daily use

The Alcatel 3EY99020AA is built for the rhythm of a busy workday. Its two SIP accounts let you manage separate lines or profiles, while call hold, transfer, conference, and mute are always within reach. The backlit display remains readable in dim environments, and the RJ9 headset port allows hands-free operation when you need to type or take notes. With SRTP, TLS, and 802.1X security, conversations stay protected on your network. Setup is simple: connect the LAN port to your switch, optionally pass through to a PC, and the phone is ready—no complex provisioning required for basic use.
