How to use

Preheat the pan briefly on the chosen heat source then add oil or butter as required by the recipe. Cook food using appropriate temperatures for the ingredient, avoiding excessive dry heat to protect the non-stick surface. Use wooden, silicone or nylon utensils to prevent scratches. When finished, the pan can be moved to the oven if the recipe requires baking or finishing, observing suitable oven temperatures for stainless steel and coating limits.

Recommendations

Clean the pan after it cools using warm water and mild detergent; avoid abrasive cleaners and steel wool to maintain the Whitford Xylan Plus coating. For best performance, avoid rapid temperature shocks and do not use metal utensils that may damage the non-stick surface.
