Constructed from 18/10 stainless steel with a satin finish and a SIGMA Clad aluminium core, the pan offers rapid, even heat distribution to the rim while the stainless steel handle stays cool for safe handling. The wide pouring rim reduces dripping and the pan is suitable for all hob types, including induction. The durable material finishing makes the pan dishwasher-safe.

Advantages

The 18/10 stainless steel construction with satin finish provides scratch resistance and a neutral cooking surface. The SIGMA Clad base with a strong aluminium core ensures fast, even heating across the entire cooking surface. A long stainless steel handle remains cool during use, and the wide pouring rim simplifies transferring sauces and juices without dripping. Compatibility with induction and dishwasher-safe finishing add convenience for everyday use.

How to use

Preheat the pan over medium heat before adding oil or butter to achieve even browning. Use utensils suitable for stainless steel cookware to avoid scratching the satin finish. When frying, avoid overcrowding the pan to maintain temperature and ensure proper searing. After use, allow the pan to cool slightly before cleaning; most residues will come off more easily when the pan is warm. Although the pan is dishwasher-safe, hand washing with warm soapy water can help preserve the satin surface over time.

Recommendations

To extend the life and appearance of the satin finish, avoid aggressive abrasive cleaners and prolonged soaking. Regularly dry the pan after washing to prevent water spots and maintain the stainless steel surface.
