Vlakke braadpan ZWILLING PURE 28 cm, RVS, antiaanbaklaag

The ZWILLING PURE 28 cm shallow frying pan combines a stainless steel body with a non-stick surface to provide a reliable everyday cookware piece for frying, sautéing and general stovetop cooking. With a 28 cm diameter it offers a wide cooking area suitable for preparing eggs, pancakes, vegetables and portions of meat in a single layer. The stainless steel construction promotes even heat distribution and long-term durability, while the non-stick coating reduces the need for oil and makes food release and cleaning easier.

Advantages

The stainless steel exterior ensures good heat conduction and resistance to deformation at common cooking temperatures. The non-stick surface minimizes food sticking and simplifies washing by hand and maintenance. The shallow profile gives fast access to food for turning and serving, and the 28 cm cooking surface is large enough for family-sized portions but compact enough for everyday use.

Suitable for

• Frying and sautéeing eggs, omelettes and pancakes
• Cooking vegetables and stir-fries
• Preparing small to medium portions of meat and fish
• Everyday stovetop tasks that require quick browning and easy release

Key specifications

• Material: stainless steel body with non-stick cooking surface
• Cooking diameter: 28 cm
• Profile: shallow frying pan for easy flipping and serving
• Suitable heat sources: compatible with standard gas, electric and ceramic hobs (verify with manufacturer for induction compatibility)
• Maintenance: non-stick coating allows low-oil cooking and simplified cleaning

How to use

Preheat the pan on medium heat before adding fat or food to achieve even searing. Use wooden or silicone utensils to avoid abrasion of the non-stick surface. Cook with moderate temperatures recommended for non-stick coatings, avoid high dry-heat settings for prolonged periods. After use allow the pan to cool slightly, then wash with warm soapy water and a soft sponge. Do not use steel wool or abrasive cleaners that can damage the surface.

Recommendations

For best results, use low to medium heat and minimal oil; this preserves the non-stick coating and provides consistent cooking performance. Hand washing is recommended to extend the life of the surface. Check manufacturer guidance for compatibility with induction hobs and oven use.
