Each pot features a SIGMA Classic+ base with a 4 mm aluminium core and stainless steel layers for even heat distribution and induction compatibility.

Advantages

The SIGMA Classic+ base provides rapid and even heat transfer while the 18/10 stainless steel cooking surface is neutral in taste, hygienic and easy to clean. Magnetic stainless steel on the bottom allows use on induction hobs. Cast stainless steel handles offer comfortable, secure handling. Tempered glass lids let you monitor cooking progress and fit tightly to help reduce energy use and water loss.

Key specifications

How to use

Use the appropriate pot size for the food quantity and place on a compatible hob. Preheat gently and adjust heat to maintain the desired cooking temperature; the aluminium core ensures even heat distribution. Use the glass lids to retain heat and moisture; remove lids carefully to avoid steam. Clean the 18/10 stainless steel surfaces after cooling, using non-abrasive cleaners to preserve the finish and functionality.

Recommendations

For best results, avoid sudden temperature shocks (for example placing a hot pan in cold water). Use wooden or silicone utensils to protect the cooking surface and follow manufacturer care instructions to prolong the life of the set.
