It features a 28 cm diameter and a 245 mm depth with a total weight of 1.58 kg. The pan uses GreenPan's Thermolon™ Infinity Professional ceramic non-stick coating that is PFAS-free and incorporates Scratch Guard™ technology. The pan has a thick aluminium body with a flat BalancePro™ base and a seamless, rivetless interior. A Pro-Tec reinforced rim and cast stainless-steel handle complete its functional, minimalist design suited to home kitchens.

Advantages

The Thermolon™ Infinity Professional ceramic non-stick surface provides easy food release and simple cleaning without using PFAS-based chemistry. Scratch Guard™ technology improves surface durability under routine use. The extra-thick aluminium body delivers even heat distribution and the BalancePro™ base helps the cooking surface remain flat under heat so fats stay where you expect them. The seamless interior prevents food build-up around rivets and the reinforced rim reduces the risk of damage from normal utensil contact. The black exterior and stainless-steel handle offer a practical, neutral appearance for most kitchen styles.

How to use

Use the GreenPan Barcelona Pro pan on compatible stovetops for frying, sautéing and simmering. Preheat the pan briefly on medium heat, add a small amount of oil or butter if desired, and place ingredients in a single layer for best non-stick performance. Avoid heating an empty pan for long periods. The pan can be transferred to an oven at temperatures up to 220°C to finish dishes. Allow the pan to cool before cleaning and follow manufacturer care instructions to preserve the ceramic coating.

Recommendations

For long-term performance, use wooden, silicone or heat-resistant nylon utensils to avoid scratching the ceramic surface. Clean with warm water, mild detergent and a soft sponge; avoid abrasive cleaners and steel wool. Do not use on open-flame barbecue grills or in microwave ovens. Store carefully to prevent impact on the rim and non-stick surface.
