Allroundpan GreenPan Barcelona Pro — rond, 320 mm diameter, zwart, PFAS-vrij

GreenPan Barcelona Pro all-purpose pan, round 320 mm diameter and 245 mm depth, is a PFAS-free nonstick frying pan designed for everyday stovetop cooking. The pan features an extra-thick aluminium body with Magneto induction technology and a Thermolon™ Infinity Professional ceramic non-stick coating with Scratch Guard™ technology for enhanced durability and food release. The BalancePro™ base maintains a flat cooking surface when heated, and the seamless rivetless interior prevents food from getting trapped. Finished in matte black with cast stainless-steel premium handles and a Pro-Tec reinforced rim, the pan is built for regular household use.

Advantages

The PFAS-free Thermolon™ coating provides reliable nonstick performance and simplifies cleaning without using fluorinated chemicals. The thick aluminium body and Magneto induction-compatible base deliver even heat distribution across the 320 mm cooking surface, reducing hot spots and enabling efficient frying, sautéing and searing. The rivetless interior and reinforced rim improve hygiene and long-term durability, while the flat BalancePro™ base helps maintain stable contact with the heat source for consistent results on gas, electric, induction and ceramic hobs.

Suitable for

• Everyday frying and sautéing for families

How to use

Use the GreenPan Barcelona Pro on gas, electric, induction and ceramic hobs. Preheat the pan on medium heat and add a small amount of oil or butter if desired; the effective nonstick surface allows using less fat. Avoid using metal utensils that could damage the coating; instead choose wooden, silicone or nylon tools. After cooking, let the pan cool slightly before washing with warm soapy water and a soft sponge to prolong the coating life. Follow standard safety practices when moving the pan between hob and oven, and use oven gloves if heating near the maximum indicated temperature.

Recommendations

For longest service life, avoid overheating the empty pan, clean after each use with non-abrasive tools and store without stacking heavy cookware on the cooking surface; these steps help preserve the Thermolon™ ceramic non-stick coating and the BalancePro™ base performance.
