Allroundpan ZWILLING Marquina Plus rond 24 cm, zwart

The ZWILLING Marquina Plus all-purpose pan, round 24 cm in black is a versatile frying pan designed for everyday cooking tasks. Its 24 cm diameter and compact profile make it suitable for single portions and family meals alike, while the forged aluminium core ensures rapid and even heat distribution. The pan features a 4-ply Duraslide® Granite non-stick coating that reduces food adhesion and improves abrasion resistance compared with conventional non-stick layers. A magnetic stainless steel base makes the pan compatible with all hob types, including induction, and the ergonomically shaped handle stays cool during normal cooking.

Advantages

The multilayer Duraslide® Granite coating provides reliable non-stick performance and increased surface durability, facilitating low-fat cooking and easier cleaning. The forged aluminium core delivers uniform heat across the cooking surface to minimise hotspots and support precise temperature control. The magnetic stainless steel base ensures compatibility with gas, electric, ceramic and induction hobs. The pan’s ergonomic handle offers comfortable grip and manoeuvrability, and the compact 24 cm size is convenient for everyday dishes while saving storage space.

How to use

Use the pan over a suitable heat source and preheat on medium before adding ingredients to achieve even cooking. For non-stick performance and longer coating life, use wooden, silicone or plastic utensils rather than metal. Clean the pan after use with warm water, mild detergent and a non-abrasive sponge; avoid harsh scouring pads. Allow the pan to cool slightly before washing and store it in a dry place. The pan’s design permits use on induction, gas, ceramic and electric hobs.

Recommendations

To preserve the Duraslide® Granite coating, avoid cooking sprays and high heat for prolonged periods; opt for moderate temperatures and gentle cleaning. If stacking with other cookware, protect the cooking surface with a soft cloth or pan protector to prevent scratches.
