Antennecontactdoos R/TV+SAT Axing BSD 960-10N grijs

The Axing BSD 960-10N Grey is a combined R/TV+SAT socket outlet designed to deliver reliable reception of terrestrial and satellite television signals in domestic and small commercial installations. With a compact footprint of 68 mm x 39 mm x 68 mm and a neutral grey finish, the outlet integrates into wall-mounted faceplates and distribution points where space is limited. The unit is CE certified and intended for use where a single outlet needs to provide both radio/terrestrial and satellite signal connections.

Advantages

The socket outlet offers a compact design that simplifies installation in shallow or narrow mounting boxes. Its combined R/TV+SAT functionality reduces the need for multiple outlets, saving wall space and easing wiring complexity. The grey finish provides a discreet appearance suitable for a range of interior styles. CE certification indicates conformity with applicable safety and electromagnetic compatibility requirements.

Key specifications

How to use

Install the socket outlet into an appropriate mounting box and connect the incoming coaxial cables for terrestrial/radio and satellite feeds following local wiring regulations. Ensure that cable connectors are properly tightened and that shielding continuity is maintained to minimize signal loss. After installation, attach the faceplate and verify reception on connected TV and satellite receiver equipment. If necessary, test signal levels and adjust external splitters or amplifiers to achieve optimal performance.

Recommendations

Use high-quality coaxial cables and connectors to preserve signal integrity. Avoid sharp bends in the cable within the mounting box and keep satellite and terrestrial feed cables separate until they meet at the outlet. For installations requiring signal distribution to multiple rooms, plan for appropriate amplifiers or multiswitches rather than relying on long cable runs from a single outlet.
