Antennecontactdoos ShiverPeaks 15-95002 voor tv/UKW en satelliet (BK+SAT)

The Antenna Socket ShiverPeaks 15-95002 for TV/FM and Satellite (BK+SAT) is a wall-mounted coaxial outlet designed to terminate incoming antenna or cable feeds and provide separate connection points for terrestrial TV/FM (BK) and satellite (SAT) signals. Its compact form factor fits standard flush boxes and offers a combined solution for homes or small commercial installations that need both broadcast and satellite distribution without additional splitters.

Advantages

This combined socket separates terrestrial and satellite signal paths within a single faceplate, simplifying installation and reducing the number of wall outlets required. It is compatible with standard coaxial connectors used for TV, FM and satellite equipment, ensuring reliable signal transfer when connected to appropriate cabling and consumer devices. The design is compact and intended for flush mounting, which keeps the installation neat and minimizes wall protrusion.

Suitable for

• Residential living rooms and bedrooms where both terrestrial TV/FM and satellite reception are needed
• Small offices or commercial premises with modest antenna distribution requirements
• Renovation projects replacing single-purpose outlets with a combined BK+SAT socket

Key specifications

• Connection type: combined coaxial outputs for terrestrial (BK) and satellite (SAT) signals
• Mounting: flush wall-mounted socket suitable for standard installation boxes
• Faceplate finish and color: designed for a discreet appearance compatible with common interior styles
• Compatibility: works with standard TV, FM and satellite coaxial cables and consumer receivers/tuners
• Use case: intended to separate and route broadcast and satellite signals to different devices

How to use

Install the socket into a standard flush-mounted electrical box following local electrical and building regulations. Connect the incoming antenna or cable feed to the socket’s input according to the installation diagram provided by the fitter or installer, and attach coaxial cables from the BK output to terrestrial receivers or TVs and from the SAT output to satellite receivers or LNB-enabled devices. Ensure cable terminations are secure and tightened to the appropriate torque for the connectors used. After wiring, restore power to equipment and verify reception on both terrestrial and satellite devices.

Recommendations

Use high-quality coaxial cables and properly shielded connections to maintain signal integrity. When installing in multi-room systems, plan cable routes and any required splitters or multiswitches to avoid signal loss. If unsure about grounding or lightning protection requirements, consult a qualified installer.
