Antennekabel ShiverPeaks 80202-128S, 100 dB dempingswaarde, zwart

Antenna cable ShiverPeaks 80202-128S in black is a coaxial cable engineered for connecting antennas and RF equipment with emphasis on shielding and signal integrity. Specified with a 100 dB attenuation rating, the cable is suitable for installations where interference suppression and reliable transfer of radio frequency signals are important. The 1.0 m length and robust jacket make it convenient for home, vehicle or small commercial antenna setups that require a compact, well-shielded connection between antenna elements and receivers or transceivers.

Advantages

The cable offers a high attenuation rating for common-mode and external interference, supporting improved signal-to-noise ratio in crowded RF environments. Its black outer jacket provides mechanical protection while maintaining flexibility for routing in tight spaces. Designed for standard antenna connectivity, the product delivers consistent impedance characteristics and stable performance across its intended frequency range, reducing reflections and loss at the connection points.

Suitable for

• Connecting external antennas to receivers and transceivers in home or vehicle installations
• Small commercial antenna systems requiring robust shielding
• Temporary or permanent antenna setups where a 1.0 m lead is appropriate

Key specifications

• Attenuation/shielding rating: 100 dB (specified for interference suppression)
• Color: black
• Length: 1.0 m
• Cable type: coaxial with common-mode filtering characteristics
• Mechanical: flexible jacket suitable for indoor and in-vehicle routing

How to use

Connect one end of the antenna cable to the antenna feed or external antenna port and the other end to the receiver, transceiver or RF device input. Ensure connectors are fully seated and any threaded or locking connectors are tightened to manufacturer torque recommendations to maintain impedance match and minimize reflections. Route the cable away from power lines and large metal structures where possible to preserve shielding performance and avoid sharp bends that could damage the jacket or inner conductor.

Recommendations

For optimal performance, avoid kinking the cable and use gentle radii when bending. Where long runs or outdoor exposure are required, consider additional weatherproofing at connector interfaces and periodic inspection for wear. Use this cable in installations that benefit from improved common-mode attenuation and where a 1.0 m length fits equipment layout.
