Antennemast ShiverPeaks S/CONN 42 mm stalen buis, steekbaar, 1 m

The ShiverPeaks S/CONN 42 mm tubular steel antenna mast is a 1 m plug-in mast engineered for reliable outdoor mounting of antennas and radio equipment. Designed for simple assembly, the mast uses a steckbar (plug-in) connection system for quick installation and removal. Constructed from tubular steel with corrosion-resistant surface treatment, it balances structural strength with compact dimensions to serve in both temporary and fixed installations.

Advantages

This antenna mast offers a robust tubular-steel construction that resists bending and supports typical outdoor antenna loads. The 42 mm diameter provides stability while remaining compatible with many common mounting accessories. The plug-in connection simplifies setup without requiring specialized tools, enabling fast deployment and easy disassembly for maintenance or relocation. The corrosion-resistant finish increases service life in exposed environments.

Suitable for

• Mounting VHF/UHF and other outdoor antennas on rooftops, balconies, or masts
• Temporary radio or event installations where fast assembly and teardown are needed
• Amateur radio and scanner antenna setups requiring a compact, sturdy mast section
• Supplementary extension sections for existing antenna support systems

Key specifications

• Material: tubular steel with corrosion-resistant surface treatment
• Length: 1 metre
• Outer diameter: 42 mm
• Connection type: plug-in (steckbar) compatible joint for quick assembly
• Suitable applications: outdoor antenna and radio equipment mounting

How to use

Select a secure mounting point that provides adequate clearance and a stable base. Insert the plug-in end into the compatible mate or support bracket until it seats firmly; secure any locking hardware supplied with the support system. Position and align the antenna or equipment on the mast using appropriate clamps and adapters rated for the antenna weight. Check that the mast section is vertical and that all joints and fasteners are tightened. For multi-section assemblies, add further compatible sections in sequence and verify overall stability before operation.

Recommendations

Inspect mounting brackets, clamps and fasteners periodically for corrosion or loosening. Use appropriate grounding and lightning protection measures for outdoor antenna installations. When used in exposed locations, consider additional guying or support if antennas produce significant wind load.
