Antislipband Tesa 60950, zwart, 15 m lengte x 25 mm breedte

Tesa 60950 anti-slip tape in black is a narrow, continuous grip strip designed to improve traction on steps, ramps, walkways and work surfaces. The tape is 15 m long and 25 mm wide, providing a long roll that can be cut to length for precise placement. It is intended for adhesive application on clean, dry surfaces and offers a durable non-slip surface that reduces the risk of slips and falls in indoor and many outdoor environments.

Advantages

The tape features a high-friction abrasive surface bonded to a strong backing and pressure-sensitive adhesive that ensures reliable adhesion on suitable substrates. Its narrow width makes it ideal for marking step edges and creating continuous grip strips where wider tapes would be unsuitable. The black finish is unobtrusive and compatible with many interior and exterior settings. The long roll length minimizes joins and waste for multiple small applications.

Suitable for

• Stair treads and step edges
• Ramps and inclined walkways
• Factory floors and workbenches
• Boat decks and vehicle interiors where additional grip is required
• Door thresholds and entrance areas

Key specifications

• Color: black
• Length: 15 m
• Width: 25 mm
• Surface: abrasive non-slip
• Adhesive type: pressure-sensitive adhesive
• Suitable application: clean, dry surfaces (interior and many exterior locations)
• Design: narrow continuous grip strip for cutting to length

How to use

Prepare the application area by cleaning the surface thoroughly, removing dust, grease and moisture to ensure optimal adhesion. Measure and cut the required length from the roll with scissors or a sharp knife. Peel off the backing liner and press the tape firmly onto the surface, applying even pressure along the full length to secure contact. For best results, avoid stretching the tape during application and allow the adhesive to set before subjecting the area to heavy traffic.

Recommendations

Use on smooth, stable substrates such as metal, wood, tile or concrete after ensuring the surface is dry and free of contaminants. For outdoor or high-moisture environments, verify adhesion periodically and consider overlap or additional fastening on edges if exposed to heavy wear. Do not apply on surfaces painted with weak or chalking paints; test a small area first if substrate suitability is uncertain.
