Apple iPhone 16e 256GB zwart - 6,1 inch OLED, A18 chip, 48 MP, 5G, iOS 18

The Apple iPhone 16e (model MD1T4QN/A) is the most affordable member of the iPhone 16 family, built for Apple Intelligence and powered by the A18 chip. This 256GB Black configuration combines a 6.1-inch Super Retina XDR OLED display, a 48MP Fusion camera and Apple's first in-house C1 5G modem in a durable, IP68-rated aluminium and glass body. It delivers flagship-class performance and all-day battery life at an entry-level price, making it an ideal everyday smartphone for work and personal use.

Advantages

The A18 chip - with a 6-core CPU, 4-core GPU and 16-core Neural Engine - provides fast, responsive performance and enables Apple Intelligence features on device. The 48MP Fusion main camera captures high-resolution photos and offers an optical-quality 2x telephoto by using the centre of the sensor, while supporting 4K Dolby Vision video up to 60 fps. The 6.1-inch OLED panel reaches 1200 nits peak brightness for clear HDR viewing, and the efficient A18 plus C1 modem deliver up to 26 hours of video playback - the best battery life of any 6.1-inch iPhone. Face ID, a customisable Action Button, USB-C and IP68 water and dust resistance round out a complete, secure package.

Enrol Face ID, connect to Wi-Fi and install any pending iOS updates. Charge using a USB-C cable, or place the phone on a Qi wireless charger; a 20W or higher adapter (sold separately) provides up to 50% charge in about 30 minutes.

Recommendations

Use a 20W or higher USB-C power adapter for the fastest charging, and keep iOS updated to get the latest Apple Intelligence features and security patches. A protective case and screen protector are recommended to preserve the glass finish, and iCloud or an encrypted local backup will keep your data safe.
