Computerkoelsysteemonderdeel Aqua-Computer 33554 — rvs-accessoire compatibel met airplex Gigant 3360

Aqua-Computer 33554 is a stainless steel accessory designed to integrate with the airplex Gigant 3360 radiator in computer liquid cooling systems. Manufactured for compatibility with that radiator model, the part serves as a corrosion-resistant rail assembly intended to support fan mounting and to provide a durable structural component within radiator installations. The accessory can be used as a replacement or upgrade part when stainless steel strength and long-term resistance to cooling-loop environments are required.

Advantages

The stainless steel construction provides high corrosion resistance and mechanical stability while operating in contact with cooling fluids and humid conditions inside a PC chassis. The design allows straightforward integration with the airplex Gigant 3360 radiator form factor, enabling modular expansion of fan capacity without modifying the radiator core. Each delivered unit is a pair of fan rails engineered to support installed fans securely and to maintain alignment for consistent airflow through the radiator fins.

Suitable for

• Custom water-cooled PC builds using the airplex Gigant 3360 radiator
• Replacing worn or corroded fan rails on compatible radiators
• Expanding fan capacity for increased cooling performance
• Maintenance and upgrade tasks in enthusiast and professional systems

Key specifications

• Material: stainless steel for corrosion resistance and rigidity
• Compatibility: designed specifically for airplex Gigant 3360 radiator integration
• Quantity: one pair of fan rails per package
• Fan support per pair: up to six 140 mm fans can be mounted on each pair
• Scalability: up to four pairs can be installed in a single radiator to increase fan count

How to use

Install the stainless steel fan rail pair onto the airplex Gigant 3360 radiator following the radiator manufacturer’s mounting points and fastener pattern. Position fans on the rails according to desired push or pull configuration, secure each fan with appropriate screws, and verify alignment with the radiator fins to ensure even airflow. If multiple pairs are used, install them sequentially and confirm Clearances within the chassis for fan frames and cable routing.

Recommendations

Use corrosion-resistant fasteners and check contact points for secure mechanical fit; inspect periodically for loosening after initial operation. When populating all supported fan positions, consider fan speed control and system airflow balance to optimize cooling performance and minimize noise.
