BitsPower BP-DWE45RML vloeistofkoeling accessoire — messing nikkel wit, 1/4 inch schroefdraad

BitsPower BP-DWE45RML is a brass liquid-cooling accessory with a nickel-plated white finish designed for custom PC water-cooling loops. The component provides a 1/4" threaded connection for linking fittings and tubing components, enabling secure joints and clean routing in a closed-loop cooling system. Its metal construction and plated surface are intended to offer mechanical strength and corrosion resistance suitable for repeated installation and maintenance.

Advantages

The brass body delivers durability and rigidity compared with plastic alternatives, while the nickel plating adds a protective surface layer that reduces oxidation. The white finish provides a neutral aesthetic that integrates with a variety of build styles. The standard 1/4" thread ensures compatibility with common water-cooling fittings and simplifies assembly in custom loops.

Suitable for

• Connecting or adapting fittings within custom PC water-cooling loops
• Extending or rerouting tubing runs in closed-loop liquid-cooling systems
• Replacing or upgrading metal fittings to match system aesthetics

Key specifications

• Material: brass with plated surface
• Finish: nickel, white coloration
• Thread size: 1/4" standard thread for liquid-cooling fittings
• Intended application: PC custom water-cooling systems

How to use

Install the accessory by screwing the 1/4" threaded ends into compatible fittings or components in your cooling loop. Ensure threads are clean and free of debris before assembly. Hand-tighten initially, then apply a moderate additional turn with appropriate tools if the design requires a firmer seal; avoid excessive torque to prevent thread damage. Verify that connected tubing and fittings are aligned to prevent strain on joints and that flow direction and clearance are maintained within the loop layout.

Recommendations

Before filling the loop, perform a pressure or leak test with distilled water or an approved test fluid. Periodically inspect metal fittings for signs of corrosion or wear and retighten as needed after initial system run-in. Use compatible sealing materials and coolant formulations recommended for metal components to maintain longevity of brass and plated surfaces.
