How to use

Wear the band on your wrist with a comfortable fit so sensors maintain skin contact. Use the touchscreen and swipe gestures to navigate menus, select sports modes, and view real-time metrics. Enable continuous monitoring in the app to record heart rate, sleep and activity data. Replace the frame or strap as desired following the removable-frame instructions supplied with the product.

Recommendations

For accurate measurements, wear the band snugly during exercise and at night for sleep tracking. Rinse and dry the band after contact with salt water or chlorine to preserve straps and device seals.
