ASUS ExpertCenter PN54-BBR522MNS1 0.6L formaat pc zwart 220 3.2 GHz

The ASUS ExpertCenter PN54 is a 0.6L mini PC barebone in black, built around an AMD Ryzen 5 220 processor with 3.2 GHz base frequency and up to 4.9 GHz boost. Designed for compact desktop deployments, the unit accepts two SO‑DIMM modules for up to 64 GB of DDR memory and supports M.2 SSD storage. Connectivity includes dual RJ‑45 Ethernet ports, Wi‑Fi 7 (802.11be) and Bluetooth 5.4, while active cooling and a 120 W power supply enable sustained performance for office, home and digital signage applications.

Advantages

The compact 0.6L chassis combines a small footprint with practical expandability: two RAM slots and M.2 SSD support allow memory and storage upgrades without a larger desktop tower. The integrated AMD Ryzen 5 220 processor delivers a balance of single‑thread and multi‑thread performance suitable for everyday productivity, and the active cooling together with the 120 W PSU supports steady operation under load. Modern connectivity — including Wi‑Fi 7, Bluetooth 5.4 and dual Ethernet — provides flexibility for wired or wireless network topologies in professional and home environments.

Suitable for

• Office desktops for productivity suites, web conferencing and multitasking
• Home workstations and media playback including 4K video
• Digital signage and compact kiosks requiring continuous operation
• Networked tasks that benefit from dual Ethernet or high‑speed wireless

How to use

Install memory modules and an M.2 SSD into the accessible internal slots following the barebone user manual; the product ships without an operating system installed, so install a suitable OS after hardware setup. Connect displays, peripherals and network using the rear and side I/O ports, and connect the included 120 W power adapter. Use the system BIOS or UEFI to configure boot order and enable or adjust network and power settings as required for the intended deployment.

Recommendations

For reliable 24/7 operation in office or signage use, choose high‑quality DDR SO‑DIMM memory modules that match the motherboard specifications, use an M.2 SSD rated for sustained writes if frequent logging or caching is expected, and ensure adequate ventilation around the mini PC. For optimal networking performance, use wired dual‑LAN for redundant or segregated networks and enable Wi‑Fi 7 for high‑bandwidth wireless clients where supported.
