ASUS ROG Strix XG248QSG Ace computermonitor 61,2 cm (24,1 inch) 1920 x 1080 pixel Full HD lcd zwart

The ASUS ROG Strix XG248QSG Ace is a 24.1-inch Full HD (1920 x 1080) esports monitor with a Super TN panel engineered for competitive FPS gaming. It supports an overclocked refresh rate up to 610 Hz, a very low 0.1 ms response time (minimum), Extreme Low Motion Blur 2 (ELMB 2), adaptive sync (NVIDIA G‑SYNC and AMD FreeSync), and DisplayHDR 400. The design includes a compact stand to free desktop space, a tripod socket, and ASUS DisplayWidget Center software for easy on-screen control.

Advantages

The monitor delivers ultra-smooth motion and minimal input lag thanks to its extremely high refresh rate and fast response time, which benefit professional and competitive players. ELMB 2 improves motion clarity while producing brighter image output compared with previous ELMB implementations. The compact base and adjustable ergonomics allow for efficient desk layouts and VESA mounting for alternative setups. Built-in support for adaptive sync and low-latency modes ensures consistent performance across compatible graphics hardware.

Suitable for

• Professional and competitive FPS gaming

How to use

Connect the monitor to a compatible graphics card using DisplayPort or HDMI 2.1 to access high refresh rates; enable the desired refresh rate and adaptive sync options in your GPU driver and the monitor OSD or DisplayWidget Center. For best results in competitive play, set the game to run at the monitor’s native resolution (1920 x 1080) and match the in-game frame rate to the display refresh rate. Use the ergonomic stand or VESA mount to position the screen at eye level and distance appropriate for a 24.1-inch display.

Recommendations

For competitive FPS gaming, enable ELMB 2 together with the highest stable refresh rate supported by your GPU. If experiencing tearing or stutter, toggle adaptive sync (G‑SYNC/FreeSync) in the GPU control panel. Keep drivers up to date and use DisplayWidget Center to fine-tune color, OSD settings, and gaming presets.
