Audiokabel 3,5 mm 2 x cinch ShiverPeaks BS20-32055

The ShiverPeaks BS20-32055 audio cable is a 5 m connection lead that joins devices with a 3.5 mm stereo output to equipment with dual RCA inputs. One end features a 3.5 mm male plug and the other end has two RCA male plugs. Gold-plated contacts improve electrical contact and help reduce corrosion over time, while the black outer jacket provides a discreet finish for home or professional audio setups.

Advantages

This cable combines a 3.5 mm connector and two RCA plugs in a single 5 m run to enable simple, wired stereo connections between phones, laptops, portable players or mixer outputs and amplifiers, receivers or powered speakers. The gold-plated contacts offer improved conductivity and resistance to oxidation. The 28 AWG conductor size provides reliable signal transmission for line-level audio over the specified length. The cable's standard black finish is compatible with most audio systems and installations.

Suitable for

• Connecting smartphones, tablets or laptops to home stereo receivers
• Linking portable audio players to powered speakers
• Routing line-level output from mixers or audio interfaces to amplifiers
• Temporary or permanent cable runs in home AV setups

Key specifications

• Cable length: 5 m
• Connector configuration: 3.5 mm male to 2 × RCA male
• Contact plating: gold-plated contacts
• Conductor size: 28 AWG
• Colour: black

How to use

Insert the 3.5 mm male plug into the headphone or line output of the source device and connect the two RCA male plugs to the left (white) and right (red) input jacks of the target amplifier, receiver or speaker. Ensure polarity by matching left and right channels correctly. Route the cable to avoid sharp bends and keep it clear of power cords to reduce potential interference. For optimal results, secure excess cable to prevent strain on connectors.

Recommendations

Use the cable for line-level audio connections rather than microphone or speaker-level outputs. For long-term installations, avoid tight bends and protect connectors from moisture. If interference is noticed, separate the audio cable from power cables and consider shorter runs or balanced connections for professional environments.
