Audiokabel 3,5 mm naar 2 x cinch ShiverPeaks SP-PROFESSIONAL 5 m

The ShiverPeaks SP-PROFESSIONAL 5m audio cable connects a device with a 3.5mm stereo output to equipment with dual RCA inputs. One end features a 3.5mm male plug and the other end has two RCA male plugs, making it suitable for linking phones, laptops, or portable players to amplifiers, mixers, or powered speakers. Gold-plated contacts provide improved conductivity and resistance to corrosion, while the 5 meter length offers flexibility when placing audio components apart. The cable’s blue and chrome design combines a modern aesthetic with practical connectivity.

Advantages

This audio cable provides reliable stereo signal transfer thanks to gold-plated connectors that reduce contact resistance and oxidation. The 5 m length allows flexible equipment placement without adapters, and the fixed dual-RCA termination ensures straightforward connection to consumer and professional audio inputs. The construction balances signal integrity and everyday durability for home or small-studio use.

Suitable for

• Connecting smartphones, tablets or laptops to hi-fi amplifiers or powered speakers
• Feeding a stereo input on mixers or audio interfaces from portable audio sources
• Integrating portable players with home stereo systems for extended cable runs
• Temporary setups where a long, reliable stereo cable is needed

Key specifications

• Connector type: 3.5mm stereo male to 2 × RCA male
• Cable length: 5 meters
• Contact plating: gold-plated connectors for improved conductivity
• Cable usage: stereo analogue audio signal
• Design: blue and chrome outer finish

How to use

Insert the 3.5mm plug into the headphone or line output of the source device and connect the RCA plugs to the left and right inputs of the receiver, amplifier, mixer or powered speakers, matching color-coded jacks as needed. Ensure both devices are powered off or volume is lowered during connection to avoid loud pops. After connection, set the source and receiver levels appropriately and verify stereo playback. Coil the cable without sharp bends when storing to preserve the internal conductors.

Recommendations

For best performance, avoid running the cable parallel to mains power lines to reduce potential interference, and secure loose sections to prevent strain on the connectors. If used in a fixed installation, allow strain relief at both ends and periodically inspect the connectors for oxidation or wear.
