Audiokabel 3,5 mm ShiverPeaks BS20-30025 1 m zwart

The ShiverPeaks BS20-30025 is a 1m audio cable with male 3.5mm connectors on both ends designed for direct analog audio connections between portable devices, computers, speakers and headphones. The cable uses 28 AWG conductors and gold-plated contacts to provide reliable signal transfer and reduce contact corrosion. Its black outer jacket offers a discreet, durable appearance suitable for home, office or mobile use.

Advantages

The gold-plated 3.5mm connectors improve conductivity and resist tarnishing, supporting consistent audio quality. The 28 AWG wire size balances flexibility and mechanical strength, making the cable easy to route and less prone to breakage from bending. The 1 m length is compact for short connections while allowing adequate reach between nearby devices. A straightforward black design ensures compatibility with a wide range of audio equipment without drawing attention.

Suitable for

• Connecting smartphones or tablets to car or home auxiliary inputs
• Linking portable audio players to powered speakers or amplifiers
• Connecting computer headphone outputs to external speakers or line-in
• Temporary or mobile setups requiring a short, flexible audio lead

Key specifications

• Cable length: 1 m
• Connector type: 3.5 mm male to 3.5 mm male
• Conductor size: 28 AWG
• Contact plating: gold-plated contacts
• Outer colour: black

How to use

Insert each 3.5mm male plug fully into the corresponding device jacks until a secure connection is felt. Ensure source and destination devices are set to the correct input or output mode and adjust volume levels at low settings before playback to avoid sudden loud output. For best signal quality, avoid tight bends near the connector ends and keep the cable clear of strong electromagnetic sources such as power adapters.

Recommendations

For reliable long-term performance, unplug the cable by gripping the connector rather than pulling the cable itself, store the lead coiled without sharp kinks, and keep contacts clean; occasional cleaning with a dry cloth helps maintain gold-plated contact performance.
