Audiokabel 3,5 mm ShiverPeaks BS30809 10 m zwart

The Audio Cable 3.5mm ShiverPeaks BS30809 10m Black is a 10-metre extension cable with 3.5mm male-to-female connectors designed for extending audio connections between devices. The cable features nickel-plated contacts for improved contact reliability and corrosion resistance and a black jacket for a discreet, professional appearance. It supports standard line-level stereo signals and is suitable for a range of consumer audio equipment.

Advantages

The 10 m length provides extended reach for flexible placement of audio sources and playback devices without the need to relocate equipment. Nickel-plated contacts deliver improved durability and stable signal transfer compared with unplated connectors. The 3.5mm male-to-female configuration allows convenient extension of existing headphone, speaker, or auxiliary leads while maintaining a compact connector form factor.

Suitable for

• Extending headphone cables for longer listening distance
• Connecting portable players, smartphones or tablets to speakers and car audio inputs
• Extending auxiliary (AUX) connections for home audio systems and small PA setups
• Temporary routing of stereo line-level signals during setups and rehearsals

Key specifications

• Cable length: 10 m
• Connectors: 3.5 mm male to 3.5 mm female
• Contact plating: nickel-plated contacts
• Colour: black
• Signal type: stereo line-level analog

How to use

Plug the 3.5mm male connector into the audio output of the source device and insert the receiving device's 3.5mm plug into the female end of the extension cable. Ensure connectors are fully seated to minimise contact noise and maintain signal integrity. Route the cable to avoid sharp bends, heavy compression, or tight pinch points that could damage the jacket or internal conductors.

Recommendations

For best performance, avoid running the cable parallel to power cords for long distances to reduce potential hum or interference. Store the cable coiled with gentle loops to prevent kinks, and disconnect when not in use to prolong connector life.
