Audiokabel DeLOCK 3.5mm 5m wit

The DeLOCK 3.5mm audio cable (5 m) is a white male-to-female extension cable designed to extend a 3.5 mm stereo jack connection. It features gold-plated contacts for stable signal transmission and improved durability, and supports headset microphone functionality for compatible iPhone headsets.

Advantages

This audio cable provides a 5 m extension between a device and headphones or headset, reducing strain on the device connector. Gold-plated 3.5 mm contacts help maintain reliable audio transmission and resist corrosion. The male-to-female configuration allows easy connection without adapters, and the cable supports microphone signals when used with compatible iPhone headsets.

Suitable for

• Extending the reach of headphones or headsets from smartphones, tablets, or portable audio players
• Connecting a headset with microphone to a mobile device that accepts a 3.5 mm TRRS connection
• Home audio setups where extra cable length is required

Key specifications

• Cable length: 5 m
• Connector 1: 3.5 mm male
• Connector 2: 3.5 mm female
• Product colour: White
• Contacts: Gold-plated

How to use

Insert the 3.5 mm male plug into the audio output of your device (smartphone, tablet, or player) and plug your headphones or headset into the 3.5 mm female connector of the extension cable. Ensure a firm connection at both ends. When using an iPhone headset with a microphone, connect the headset into the female end and verify that the device recognizes the microphone input.

Recommendations

For best performance, route the cable to avoid sharp bends and excessive tension. Keep contacts clean and dry to maintain audio quality. If your device uses a non-standard TRRS wiring, check compatibility with the headset microphone before extended use.
