Audiokabel ShiverPeaks 30812-5MHQ 3,5 mm stereo verchroomd, 5,0 m

ShiverPeaks 30812-5MHQ is a 3.5 mm stereo audio cable with chrome-plated connectors and a 5.0 m length, designed to transmit left and right audio channels between devices. The cable links smartphones, laptops, portable players, car aux inputs and speakers, providing a simple wired connection for stereo playback. Chrome plating on the connectors improves durability and contact reliability while the 5.0 m length allows flexible placement of devices in home, office or vehicle environments.

Advantages

The chrome-plated connectors resist corrosion and help maintain stable electrical contact over time, reducing intermittent signal loss. With a standard 3.5 mm stereo plug at each end, the cable supports unbalanced stereo connections without adapters. The 5.0 m length offers extended reach for setups where source and playback devices are not adjacent, and the cable construction is intended for straightforward, plug-and-play use with a wide range of consumer audio equipment.

Suitable for

• Connecting smartphones or tablets to car aux inputs or home stereo systems
• Linking laptops and desktop computers to powered speakers or amplifiers
• Connecting portable music players and external speakers for personal listening
• Temporary or semi-permanent wired connections in home audio setups

Key specifications

• Connector type: 3.5 mm stereo male to 3.5 mm stereo male
• Connector finish: chrome-plated contacts
• Cable length: 5.0 m
• Signal type: analog stereo (left and right channels)
• Usage: unbalanced stereo audio transmission for consumer devices

How to use

Insert one 3.5 mm plug into the headphone or line-out jack of the source device and the other plug into the AUX/line-in or speaker input on the destination device. Ensure both devices are powered on and volume levels are set to a low level before adjusting to the desired listening level to avoid abrupt loud audio. For optimal contact, push the plugs fully into the jacks until they click or are securely seated.

Recommendations

Avoid sharp bends and repeated tight kinks in the cable to prolong its lifespan. When routing the cable through vehicle interiors or behind furniture, allow gentle curves rather than forcing the cable around tight corners. If contact becomes intermittent, disconnect, inspect connectors for debris, and re-seat firmly; chrome-plated contacts are resistant to corrosion but can benefit from occasional cleaning with a dry cloth if needed.
