Audiokabel ShiverPeaks BS06-21506 25 m zwart rood

The ShiverPeaks BS06-21506 25m audio cable is a long, flexible conductor designed for audio and A/V installations where extended reach and clear channel identification are required. Constructed with copper-clad aluminium (CCA) to balance conductivity and weight, the cable is supplied in a black and red twin‑core design for straightforward polarity recognition. Its 25 meter length suits stage setups, home theatre runs and permanent installations where a single continuous cable run is preferable to multiple joins.

Advantages

The cable combines the lower cost and lighter weight of copper-clad aluminium with a twin-colour sheath that simplifies wiring and reduces setup time. Its 25 m length minimizes the need for additional extensions, and the flexible jacket makes routing and coiling easy for transport or storage. The construction provides dependable signal transmission for standard speaker and line-level applications when used within recommended distances.

Suitable for

• Connecting speakers in home audio or small PA systems
• Long cable runs between audio components in home theatre setups
• Temporary or semi-permanent stage and event audio wiring
• Workshop or rehearsal spaces needing clear polarity identification

Key specifications

• Length: 25 m
• Conductor material: Copper-clad aluminium (CCA)
• Core: twin conductors for positive and negative channels
• Outer colours: black and red for polarity identification
• Jacket: flexible insulating sheath suitable for indoor routing

How to use

Cut or strip the cable jacket to expose the twin conductors and prepare the ends according to the connectors or terminals you plan to use. Maintain correct polarity by connecting the red core to the positive terminals and the black core to the negative terminals at both ends. Avoid sharp bends and pinching during installation to preserve conductor integrity. For permanent installations, secure the cable with appropriate clips or cable ties and avoid running parallel to mains power lines to minimize interference.

Recommendations

Use this cable for speaker and line-level applications within typical home and small professional audio distances. For long-term outdoor exposure, high-power professional touring, or runs beyond standard recommended lengths, consider accordingly rated or oxygen-free copper alternatives to meet higher durability or transmission requirements.
