Audiokabel ShiverPeaks BS06-241011 25m transparant

The ShiverPeaks BS06-241011 25m Transparent audio cable is a long, flexible interconnect designed for audio and A/V installations where length and discreet appearance are required. Constructed with copper-clad aluminium (CCA) conductors, the cable combines lower weight with improved conductivity compared to plain aluminium. Its transparent jacket keeps the cable visually unobtrusive, allowing easy routing in home, studio, or event environments while preserving signal continuity over a 25 meter run.

Advantages

The cable provides a 25 m reach that reduces the need for signal extenders or additional joins. CCA conductors deliver a balance of conductivity and cost-efficiency suitable for many audio applications. A transparent outer jacket offers a neutral aesthetic that blends into varied surroundings and helps with visual placement. The construction is aimed at reliable day-to-day use and straightforward installation in both permanent and temporary setups.

Suitable for

• Connecting audio equipment across longer distances in home audio systems
• Temporary wiring for live events and stage setups
• Studio patching where run length and unobtrusive appearance matter
• AV installations in offices, classrooms, or public spaces

Key specifications

• Cable length: 25 m
• Conductor type: Copper-clad aluminium (CCA)
• Outer colour: Transparent
• Form factor: Unterminated audio cable (no built-in connectors)

How to use

Measure the required run and route the cable to avoid sharp bends and high-traffic pinch points. Cut and terminate the cable ends to the appropriate connectors for your equipment, ensuring correct polarity if the application requires it. Use cable ties or clips to secure runs and prevent strain on terminations. For permanent installations, use cable management channels or conduit where appropriate to protect the cable and maintain a neat appearance.

Recommendations

For best results, keep cable runs away from strong sources of electromagnetic interference such as power transformers and heavy electrical wiring. When terminating, use compatible connectors and check continuity before finalizing the installation. For critical long-distance audio distribution, consider using balanced cabling or signal boosters if needed to preserve signal integrity.
