Audiokabel ShiverPeaks BS14-05041 0,25 m 2x3,5 mm zwart

The ShiverPeaks BS14-05041 audio cable is a compact 0.25 m black cable designed to split or combine 3.5 mm audio signals. It features two female 3.5 mm sockets and one male 3.5 mm plug, constructed with high-quality copper conductors and gold-plated contacts to maintain reliable signal transfer and resist corrosion. Its short length and slim jacket make the cable suitable for use where space is limited or where a neat, low-profile connection is required.

Advantages

The cable offers low-resistance copper conductors and gold-plated contacts for improved conductivity and reduced signal loss. Its compact 0.25 m length minimizes cable clutter and signal degradation over short runs. The black outer jacket provides a discreet look and basic protection against wear, while the 3.5 mm connectors are compatible with a wide range of portable audio devices, headphones, speakers and car stereos.

Suitable for

• Splitting a single 3.5 mm output to two 3.5 mm inputs (e.g., two headphones)
• Combining two 3.5 mm sources into a single 3.5 mm input where passive mixing is acceptable
• Connecting portable devices in tight or crowded spaces such as car interiors or compact audio setups
• Temporary or travel use with smartphones, tablets, laptops, and portable audio players

Key specifications

• Cable length: 0.25 m
• Connectors: 2 female 3.5 mm sockets and 1 male 3.5 mm plug
• Conductor material: copper
• Contact finish: gold-plated contacts
• Colour: black

How to use

Insert the male 3.5 mm plug into the source or receiving device’s audio jack, and connect the two female 3.5 mm sockets to the respective headphones, speakers or auxiliary inputs. Ensure connectors are fully inserted for a secure mechanical and electrical connection. When combining two outputs into one input, be aware that passive combination may affect volume balance and is not a substitute for an active mixer or proper summing device.

Recommendations

For consistent audio quality, use the cable for short-distance connections and avoid forced bending near the connector ends. Do not rely on this passive cable for long-term mixing of outputs; use it primarily for splitting or simple connections between portable devices and auxiliary inputs.
