Audiokabel ShiverPeaks BS20-41155 1,5 m 2xRCA zwart

The ShiverPeaks BS20-41155 audio cable is a 1.5 m interconnect designed to link stereo audio sources and playback devices using 2 x RCA male connectors on each end. Its black jacket and flexible 28 AWG conductor construction provide a balance of maneuverability and durability for home or light professional installations. Gold-plated contacts help reduce oxidation and improve contact reliability for sustained audio performance.

Advantages

This 2xRCA cable delivers consistent stereo signal transfer with minimal signal loss over the 1.5 m length. The gold-plated RCA contacts enhance connectivity reliability by resisting corrosion, while the 28 AWG conductors maintain flexibility for routing behind equipment or through tighter spaces. The neutral black finish integrates unobtrusively into most audio/video setups.

Suitable for (tasks / use cases)

• Connecting CD players, turntables (with preamp), or media players to amplifiers or receivers
• Linking DACs and external sound interfaces to powered speakers or home AV receivers
• Temporary or semi-permanent wiring between consumer audio components in living rooms and studios

Key specifications

• Cable length: 1.5 m
• Connector type: 2 x RCA male to 2 x RCA male
• Conductor gauge: 28 AWG
• Contact plating: gold-plated connectors
• Colour: black

How to use

Align each RCA plug with the corresponding left (white) and right (red) input or output sockets on your devices and push the connectors onto the sockets until they seat firmly. Ensure sources and amplifiers are powered off during connection to avoid noise or transient signals. Route the cable to minimize sharp bends and avoid running parallel to mains power cables where possible to reduce interference.

Recommendations

For optimal performance, keep cable runs as short as practical and avoid tight kinks. Periodically inspect the gold-plated contacts and clean them gently with a soft, dry cloth if oxidation or debris is present. Use this cable for standard line-level stereo signals; it is not intended for speaker-level wiring or digital coaxial applications unless explicitly supported by your equipment.
