For reliable charging and device safety, use a car power adapter that supports the charger's required input and follow the smartphone manufacturer's guidance for wireless charging. Avoid mounting the charger on unstable or damaged vents and do not obstruct vehicle controls. Remove cases thicker than the charger's recommended thickness if charging is inconsistent, and ensure the phone is centered on the charging coil for optimal 15W performance.
