Autotelefoonhouder UGREEN Gravity Holder voor ventilatierooster, grijs, model 50564

UGREEN Gravity Holder for air vent, model 50564 in gray is a vehicle-mounted phone holder that secures smartphones using a gravity-operated clamping system. Designed to attach to standard car air vents, the holder supports one-handed placement and removal while keeping the phone within the driver’s line of sight for navigation and hands-free calls. The holder does not require adhesives or permanent fixtures and is intended for everyday driving and commuting where quick access and stable positioning are needed.

Advantages

The gravity-based mechanism automatically adjusts to the width of the phone, providing a secure hold without manual tightening. The vent-mounted clip enables easy installation and removal, and the compact design maintains visibility of climate vents while minimizing obstruction of the dashboard. Soft contact surfaces reduce the risk of scratching the device and the gray finish integrates unobtrusively with most vehicle interiors.

Suitable for

• Holding smartphones of various widths during driving
• Using navigation apps hands-free
• Making or receiving calls with a clear view of the screen
• Commuting and short trips where quick mounting and removal are required

Key specifications

• Mount type: air-vent clip
• Clamping mechanism: gravity-operated automatic clamp
• Material finish: gray exterior with soft contact pads
• Compatibility: accommodates a range of smartphone widths (universal fit)
• Installation: tool-free attachment to horizontal or vertical vent slats depending on vehicle vent design
• Orientation: supports portrait and landscape view when mounted

How to use

Attach the vent clip to a suitable air vent slat by pushing the clip onto the slat until it fits securely. Place the smartphone into the cradle; the gravity mechanism will close the side arms around the device automatically. Adjust the phone orientation to portrait or landscape as needed for navigation or media viewing. To remove the phone, simply lift it upward out of the holder and the arms will release. Periodically check that the clip remains firmly seated on the vent to maintain stable positioning.

Recommendations

For best performance, select a central or side vent that provides a stable mounting surface and does not impede driver visibility. Avoid mounting on vents that direct strong airflow at the device for prolonged periods, as continuous hot or cold air may affect phone temperature. Ensure the vent slat is in good condition and can support the clip; if the vent is too fragile or angled, choose an alternative mounting position. Clean contact surfaces occasionally to maintain a secure grip.
