AVERY duplicaat-marktboek 2-koloms hoofdboek (Market D/AT), 1 stuk, MPN 1799

AVERY duplicate Market Book with a two-column ledger layout provides a compact, paper-based solution for creating matching original and duplicate records. The book is designed for market use where paired entries are needed, combining a simple two-column format with carbonless duplicate pages to produce a buyer’s copy and a seller’s copy at the point of sale or delivery.

Advantages

The two-column layout organizes paired information clearly on each line, reducing ambiguity when recording transactions. Carbonless duplicate sheets eliminate the need for separate carbon paper and keep the original and copy together in one bound book for convenience. Its compact size and sturdy binding enable easy handling at market stalls and during deliveries, and the paper-based format requires no electricity or specialized equipment.

Suitable for

• Market stalls and open-air sales where instant duplicates are required
• Delivery documentation for small businesses and traders
• Simple sales receipts when a seller and buyer each need a copy
• On-site record-keeping in environments without electronic systems

Key specifications

• Layout: two columns per line for paired entries
• Duplicate system: carbonless copy sheets for original and duplicate
• Format: bound book for sequential entries and record keeping
• Material: paper pages suitable for pen or ballpoint recording
• Portability: compact design for use on stalls, counters, and during deliveries

How to use

Write transaction details line by line across the two columns, completing the seller’s and buyer’s information or itemized values as required. The carbonless duplicate will automatically transfer writing to the copy sheet underneath, producing two corresponding records. Tear out duplicate sets along the perforation, if provided, and retain the original or seller’s copy in the book for your records while handing the duplicate to the buyer.

Recommendations

Store the book in a dry place to preserve paper quality and legibility. Use a ballpoint pen or firm-pressure writing instrument for best transfer on carbonless paper. If using outdoors, protect pages from wind and moisture and keep the book securely closed between uses to maintain sequential ordering of entries.
