• Office mailing and document dispatch
• Warehouse and logistics labeling where standard rectangular labels are needed

Key specifications

• Label color: white
• Shape: rectangular
• Quantity in pack: 300 labels
• Surface: printable, suitable for common laser and inkjet printers
• Adhesive: permanent self-adhesive backing for parcel use

How to use

Prepare your document or shipping template using the label layout corresponding to the rectangular label size, then print the required addresses or barcodes on the label sheet according to your printer instructions. Peel labels from the backing and apply them to clean, dry surfaces of parcels or mailers, pressing firmly from the center outwards to ensure full contact. For high-volume operations, these labels can be fed through compatible label printers where supported; confirm printer compatibility and feed orientation before a full run.

Recommendations

Store labels in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight to preserve adhesion and printability. Before applying, ensure parcel surfaces are free of dust, oil or moisture for optimal bonding. When printing barcodes or small fonts, perform a test print to verify alignment and legibility on your specific printer model.
