Avery Zweckform L7916-40 witte etiketvellen 210 x 148 mm, 40 per A4

Avery Zweckform L7916-40 white sheet labels measure 210 x 148 mm per label and come 40 per A4 sheet. These rectangular adhesive labels are designed for use in desktop laser and inkjet printers that accept standard A4 media. The plain white surface provides a consistent background for text, barcodes and simple graphics, making them suitable for address labels, small packaging, filing, and other general-purpose labeling tasks that require uniform, evenly spaced labels on sheets.

Advantages

The labels offer a consistently smooth printable surface compatible with both laser and inkjet printing technologies, ensuring clear text and sharp barcode reproduction. Their standard A4 sheet format fits common office workflows and feed trays, allowing fast batch printing. The adhesive backing provides reliable sticking power on paper and many packaging substrates, while the rectangular format maximizes usable area for addresses or product information. Pre-cut, evenly spaced labels reduce trimming and alignment effort during application.

How to use

Load the sheets into the printer tray according to the printer manufacturer’s guidance for printable side and orientation. Print a test sheet first to verify alignment and print settings. After printing, peel the labels from the backing and apply to a clean, dry surface, pressing firmly to ensure full adhesion. Store unused sheets flat in a cool, dry place to preserve printability and adhesive performance.

Recommendations

Use standard template settings for Avery-style 40-per-A4 layouts and choose the appropriate print quality for clear text or barcodes. For best adhesion, apply labels to smooth, dust-free surfaces and avoid exposure to extreme heat or moisture shortly after application.
