Axing TZU 22-01 2-voudige F-Type signaalverdeler/-combiner 5-2400 MHz grijs

Signal distribution in satellite and cable TV installations often requires splitting a single feed to multiple receivers without compromising quality. The Axing TZU 22-01 solves this by providing a robust 2-way splitter/combiner that maintains signal integrity across the entire 5–2400 MHz range. Its die-cast zinc housing and high shielding effectiveness make it suitable for both indoor and outdoor use, ensuring reliable performance in demanding environments.

Who is it for

This splitter is ideal for professional installers and advanced home users who need to distribute SAT, TV, or radio signals to two separate tuners or receivers. It is particularly useful in setups where a single antenna or LNB feeds multiple set-top boxes, or where two signal sources need to be combined onto one cable. The DC pass-through on all ports allows remote powering of inline amplifiers or LNBs, adding flexibility to complex installations.

Main features

• 2-way splitter/combiner for satellite, terrestrial TV, and radio signals
• Wide frequency range: 5–2400 MHz, covering all common broadcast bands
• Low insertion loss: approx. 3.5 dB (5–1000 MHz) and 4.0 dB (1000–2400 MHz)
• High isolation between outputs: >20 dB (5–1000 MHz), >18 dB (1000–2400 MHz)
• Excellent return loss: >18 dB across the entire range
• Superior shielding effectiveness: >100 dB, minimizing interference
• DC pass on all ports for remote powering of active components
• Durable die-cast zinc housing with screw mounting option
• F-connector female ports, 75 Ohm impedance

Tips

When installing, ensure all unused ports are terminated with 75 Ohm caps to maintain signal integrity and prevent ingress. For outdoor use, apply weatherproof sealing to the F-connectors. The splitter can also be used as a combiner to merge signals from two antennas, but be aware of potential phase cancellation—use identical cable lengths for best results.
