Backplate EK Water Blocks aluminium zilver

EK-Quantum Vector FE RTX 3090 Backplate - Silver is a CNC-machined retention backplate made from silver anodized aluminum for the EK-Quantum Vector FE RTX 3090 - Special Edition water block. It covers the backside of the graphics card PCB, adds structural support and improves passive heat dissipation for the GPU core, rear-mounted VRAM and the PCB VRM area. The backplate's ribbed design increases surface area and, by contacting the active part of the water block, enables hybrid cooling performance while maintaining a slim profile.

Advantages

The aluminum construction with silver anodized finish offers durability and a consistent look that matches silver-themed builds. CNC machining ensures precise fitment for the EK-Quantum Vector FE RTX 3090 - Special Edition water block. The ribbed surface and thermal pad interface provide additional passive cooling for components on the card's rear side while the included mounting screws and thermal pads simplify installation.

Suitable for

• EK-Quantum Vector FE RTX 3090 - Special Edition water block users
• PC builders seeking improved rear-side cooling of RTX 3090 graphics cards
• Systems where a compact hybrid (air + water) cooling solution is required

Key specifications

• Material: Anodized aluminum (silver)
• Compatibility: EK-Quantum Vector FE RTX 3090 - Special Edition
• Manufacturing: CNC machined
• Included items: backplate, mounting screws, thermal pads
• MPN/EAN: 3831109836705

How to use

Remove the graphics card from the system and detach any existing backplate according to the manufacturer's instructions. Position the EK-Quantum Vector FE RTX 3090 Backplate so that thermal pads align with the corresponding components on the PCB and secure it using the supplied mounting screws. Ensure the backplate makes contact with the active part of the water block where intended. Reinstall the graphics card and verify clearances inside the case before powering on the system.

Recommendations

Apply the included thermal pads only to the designated PCB contact points and tighten screws evenly to avoid PCB stress. Verify compatibility with your specific RTX 3090 model and the EK-Quantum Vector FE RTX 3090 - Special Edition water block prior to installation.
