Badkraan FERRO Cordoba BCD1 eenhendel-badmengkraan, opbouwmontage

FERRO Cordoba BCD1 single-lever bath faucet is a deck-mounted bath mixer designed for bathtub installation. The mixer provides manual control of water flow and temperature via a single lever and uses a ceramic cartridge for reliable shut-off and smooth operation. It includes standard threaded connections for fast installation and can be connected to a shower set to function as a bathtub filler with diverter control.

Advantages

The single-lever design allows precise, one-handed adjustment of water temperature and flow, while the ceramic cartridge ensures durability and minimizes dripping. Deck-mounted construction simplifies installation on the bath rim or a fitted deck. The faucet’s chrome or plated finish (depending on the exact model variant) is easy to clean and resists corrosion under normal household conditions. Standardized water connections reduce the need for special adapters during replacement or installation.

How to use

Operate the single lever to control both water flow and temperature — lift to start water flow and move left or right to adjust temperature. When a shower set is connected, use the integrated diverter mechanism to switch water flow between the bath spout and the shower outlet. Regularly check and tighten external connections during the first days after installation to ensure leak-free operation.

Recommendations

To maintain performance and appearance, wipe the faucet regularly with a soft cloth and mild detergent; avoid abrasive cleaners and harsh chemicals. Flush supply lines before final connection to remove debris that can damage the ceramic cartridge. For prolonged service life, operate the lever gently and follow local regulations for water pressure and installation practices.
