Banden- en velgenrek IWH 019064 voor 4 banden, eenvoudige montage

The IWH Tire and Wheel Rack IWH 019064 for 4 Tires, Easy Assembly is a compact storage solution designed to keep seasonal tires and mounted wheels organised in a garage or workshop. The rack accommodates up to four tires or wheels, providing stable horizontal support that reduces the risk of deformation and keeps tyres off the floor to avoid dirt and moisture contact. Its design emphasises straightforward assembly with common tools, making it suitable for domestic garages and light professional environments where space saving and quick access are priorities.

Advantages

This tyre and wheel rack offers solid, space-efficient storage for up to four tyres or wheels, helping to extend tyre life by preventing flat spots and contamination. The simple construction and clear assembly steps reduce setup time and allow reliable placement in work or storage areas. The rack’s horizontal support maintains tyre shape, while raised contact points protect rims and tread from direct floor contact.

How to use

Assemble the rack following the included instructions using common hand tools. Place the rack on a level surface in a dry area away from direct sunlight and heat sources. Position tyres or mounted wheels horizontally on the support bars, ensuring they sit evenly and do not overhang. For stacked tyres, distribute weight evenly and avoid exceeding the rack’s four-tyre capacity. Periodically inspect the rack and stored tyres for signs of damage or moisture.

Recommendations

Store tyres clean and dry; remove excess dirt before placement. Keep tyre pressures at manufacturer-recommended levels when storing tyres mounted on wheels. Avoid prolonged exposure to direct UV and heat to preserve rubber integrity. If storing for long periods, rotate tyre positions occasionally to prevent any pressure-related deformation.
