Bandensleutel Gedore 6327320

The Gedore 6327320 Strap Wrench is designed to grip and turn cylindrical objects without damaging their surface. It includes a strong, non-slip fabric strap (E-36) with an extra-wide 25 mm width and a robust wrench body available in two material versions: 36 1-140 made from C45 steel and 36 2-200 made from Gedore vanadium steel 31CrV3. The tool is chrome-plated for corrosion resistance and long service life.

Advantages

The non-slip fabric strap provides reliable grip on smooth and coated surfaces while preventing scratches. The extra-wide 25 mm strap distributes pressure evenly to reduce marking. Two steel grades (C45 and 31CrV3 vanadium steel) offer strength and durability for different duty requirements. Chrome plating protects the metal parts from corrosion and simplifies cleaning.

How to use

Place the fabric strap around the cylindrical object so the strap sits evenly on the surface. Insert the strap into the wrench body and adjust the length to fit snugly. Grip the wrench handle and turn in the required direction to loosen or tighten the object. Maintain steady pressure to keep the strap engaged and avoid sudden movements that could slip the strap.

Recommendations

Inspect the fabric strap before each use for wear or damage and replace if frayed. Use the C45 (36 1-140) or 31CrV3 vanadium (36 2-200) body according to the torque and durability required. Avoid using excessive force that exceeds the tool's design to prevent deformation of the strap or wrench.
