How to use

Position the grill on a flat, stable surface clear of combustible materials and attach the gas supply according to local regulations and the gas cylinder manufacturer’s instructions. Open the lid before ignition, set the adjustable thermostat to the desired setting, and preheat the cooking surface until it reaches the required temperature. Place food items on the rectangular cooking surface and monitor cooking progress, adjusting the thermostat as needed. After cooking, close the gas supply, allow the grill to cool, and clean grates and trays following the manufacturer’s maintenance guidelines.

Recommendations

For even results, preheat the grill for several minutes and use the adjustable thermostat to maintain steady heat. Use the side shelves for preparation and resting cooked food, and move the grill using the wheels only when the gas supply is disconnected and the unit has cooled down. Regular cleaning of the cooking grates and checking connections will help maintain performance and safety.
