Beamer InFocus IN0044ST 4200 ANSI-lumen DLP XGA

The InFocus IN0044ST is a DLP data projector offering 4200 ANSI lumens of brightness and a native XGA resolution (1024×768). Designed for presentations and classroom use, the projector uses a lamp light source with an expected lifespan of 15,000 hours, manual focus and fixed zoom. It accepts a broad range of analog signal formats and supports graphics resolutions up to 1920×1200 (WUXGA), enabling compatibility with many source devices. The unit is lightweight at approximately 2.9 kg and comes in a white finish suitable for installation in meeting rooms and educational spaces.

Advantages

The InFocus IN0044ST delivers bright images suitable for environments with moderate ambient light while maintaining the clarity of text and graphics at XGA resolution. The long lamp life reduces maintenance frequency and total cost of ownership. Manual focus and fixed zoom simplify setup and adjustment, and the projector's DLP engine supports consistent color and contrast performance over time. Network control compatibility in the Vista II lineup allows integration with widely used control systems for streamlined device management.

How to use

Place the projector on a stable surface or mount it according to the installation requirements for short-throw positioning. Connect your video source using the appropriate analog or digital input, power on the unit, and allow the lamp to reach operating brightness. Use the manual focus to achieve a sharp image and adjust projector placement to align the picture on the projection surface. For best results, select a native 4:3 content format or set the output resolution on the source device to match the projector's XGA resolution where possible.

Recommendations

For consistent image quality, operate the projector in environments with controlled ambient light and perform periodic lamp and filter checks. When integrating the IN0044ST into networked control systems, verify compatibility with Crestron, PJLink, AMX, Extron or RS232 command sets as supported by your infrastructure to enable centralized management and scheduling.
