Bedieningspaneel SATEL SmartHub (draadloos, Wave Technology) model SMARTHUB

SATEL SmartHub is a wireless control panel based on Wave Technology that functions as a central unit for managing security and smart‑home devices. Designed to provide wireless connectivity to compatible sensors and peripherals, SmartHub enables remote control, system integration and simplified installation without the need for extensive wiring. The device is intended for residential and small commercial environments that require a centralized wireless control solution.

Advantages

SmartHub combines secure wireless communication and a compact design to reduce installation time and cabling. The panel supports automatic device pairing and integration with a wider SATEL ecosystem, offering a consistent interface for monitoring and controlling sensors, alarms and actuators. Its wireless operation and streamlined setup make it suitable for retrofit projects and locations where running cables is impractical.

Suitable for

• Home security systems and smart‑home automation
• Small offices and retail premises requiring centralized control
• Renovations and retrofit installations where minimal wiring is desired
• Integration projects combining sensors, detectors and remote actuators

Key specifications

• Wireless technology: Wave Technology for two‑way communication with compatible devices
• Role: central control panel / hub for security and smart‑home peripherals
• Connectivity: wireless links to sensors, detectors and actuators (supports remote control)
• Installation: designed for simplified mounting and configuration without extensive cabling
• Application environments: residential and small commercial use

How to use

Install SmartHub in a central location to ensure reliable wireless coverage for connected devices. Follow the manufacturer’s installation guide to mount the unit, power it and initiate pairing with compatible sensors and peripherals. Use the associated configuration interface or mobile app to register devices, set up zones and define control scenarios. Verify wireless communication and adjust device placement if signal strength or coverage requires improvement.

Recommendations

Position the control panel away from large metal objects and sources of radio interference to maintain robust Wave Technology communication. For best results, plan device placement to ensure overlapping wireless coverage and perform a site walk‑through after installation to confirm all sensors report reliably.
