Beeldvormingseenheid Konica Minolta A2X20KD

The Konica Minolta A2X20KD imaging unit is designed for cyan printing in compatible bizhub systems. It yields approximately 155,000 pages under standard test conditions and is intended for use in Konica Minolta bizhub C654, C654e, C754 and C754e models. The unit replaces the cyan drum section of the colour imaging system, contributing to consistent colour reproduction and stable operation in high-volume office environments.

Advantages

The imaging unit delivers a consistent page yield and stable image quality across large print runs, supporting reliable colour output. It is engineered for direct compatibility with the specified bizhub models to simplify installation and maintenance cycles. Its construction helps maintain accurate registration and even toner transfer, reducing the risk of streaks, density variations and service interruptions.

Suitable for

• High-volume office colour printing
• Departments producing marketing materials and reports
• Print environments requiring predictable maintenance intervals
• Environments where matching colour across multiple jobs is important

Key specifications

• Colour: Cyan
• Estimated page yield: 155,000 pages (standard test conditions)
• Compatible models: Konica Minolta bizhub C654, C654e, C754, C754e
• Unit type: Imaging unit (photo-conductor/drum section for cyan)

How to use

Power off the printer or place it in a service state according to the device manual before replacing the imaging unit. Open the front service door and carefully remove the existing cyan imaging unit by following the instructions in the service or user guide for your bizhub model. Unpack the new A2X20KD imaging unit, remove protective covers and handle it by the designated grips to avoid touching the drum surface. Insert the unit until it seats firmly, close the service door, and follow any on-screen prompts to reset the imaging unit counter if required. Allow the device to run an initial calibration or cleaning cycle before resuming normal printing.

Recommendations

Store unused imaging units in their original packaging in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Replace the cyan imaging unit together with or shortly after related consumables if print quality issues persist, and follow the printer's scheduled maintenance intervals to preserve image consistency and maximise the expected page yield.
