How to use

Identify the required mounting or replacement location within the PLS 1600 cabinet and remove any existing part according to standard safety procedures and power isolation. Position the polyamide housing in the designated slot or mounting point and secure it using the original fastening hardware or compatible fasteners. Verify alignment and mechanical fit before restoring power to the cabinet and performing functional checks on installed equipment.

Recommendations

Store the housings in a dry environment and avoid prolonged exposure to direct UV light to preserve material properties. During installation, use appropriate hand tools and recommended torque settings for fasteners to prevent damage to the polyamide parts. Replace any damaged components with original-compatible housings to maintain cabinet integrity and safety.
