Behuizingskast Rittal CP 6206.620 — grijs aluminium en kunststof constructie

Rittal CP 6206.620 is an enclosure cabinet with a grey exterior and a combined aluminium and plastic construction designed to protect electrical and electronic components in industrial and commercial installations. The lightweight aluminium provides structural stiffness while plastic elements improve corrosion resistance and ease of handling. The cabinet accommodates control panels, small equipment housings and components mounted within a support arm system, and includes removable covers for simplified cable entry.

Advantages

The mixed aluminium and plastic construction balances durability and weight, offering mechanical protection without excessive mass. Grey finish ensures a neutral appearance suitable for a variety of installations and environments. Removable covers allow straightforward access for cable routing and maintenance. The design supports vertically hinged connection of horizontal support sections within a support arm system, providing compatibility with modular mounting solutions.

Key specifications

How to use

Mount the cabinet on an appropriate support structure or integrate it into a support arm system, ensuring the vertically hinged connection aligns with the horizontal support sections. Install internal mounting plates or DIN-rail adapters as required for the equipment to be housed. Route cabling through the removable covers; secure and seal as necessary to maintain the required environmental protection. Verify mechanical fastening and grounding according to local electrical and safety standards before energizing connected components.

Recommendations

Use the removable covers to create convenient cable entry points during installation and replace them after wiring to preserve mechanical protection. For long-term corrosion resistance, avoid aggressive chemicals on the aluminium-plastic surfaces and perform periodic inspections of fastenings and seals, especially in harsher environments.
