Behuizingsventilator MODECOM VOLCANO APEX 140 ARGB wit 140 mm

MODECOM VOLCANO APEX 140 ARGB White 140mm is a chassis cooling fan designed to deliver steady airflow and addressable RGB illumination for desktop and gaming PC builds. The 140mm size provides increased air movement at lower rotational speeds compared to smaller fans, helping to maintain lower component and CPU temperatures while reducing noise. The white frame and blades integrate with light-colored builds and help diffuse the ARGB lighting for balanced visual effects.

Advantages

The fan offers a balance of airflow and quiet operation typical for larger 140mm fans, with addressable RGB lighting that can be synchronized with compatible controllers or motherboard RGB headers. Its construction focuses on stable mounting and efficient air circulation to improve case ventilation. The white finish provides a neutral aesthetic that complements many system color schemes and enhances lighting visibility.

Suitable for

• Desktop and gaming PC cases that accept 140mm fans
• Systems where lower noise and increased airflow are required
• Builds seeking ARGB lighting integration with motherboard or controller sync
• Cooling setups where front, top, or rear intake/exhaust airflow is needed

Key specifications

• Fan size: 140 mm
• Frame color: white
• Lighting type: addressable RGB (ARGB)
• Intended use: case / chassis cooling
• Airflow-focused blade design for improved circulation

How to use

Install the fan into a compatible 140mm mounting location in the PC case using the provided mounting screws, aligning airflow direction as required for intake or exhaust. Connect the power and ARGB connectors to the appropriate headers on the motherboard or to a compatible ARGB controller, following the motherboard/controller documentation for pin orientation and software control. Ensure cables are routed to avoid contact with other components or the fan blades.

Recommendations

Use the MODECOM VOLCANO APEX 140 ARGB White 140mm as part of a balanced airflow configuration: combine intake and exhaust fans to create positive or neutral pressure, and place the fan where larger-diameter blades provide efficient airflow with reduced RPM. For ARGB effects, connect to a supported controller or motherboard header and use the vendor software for color and effect customization; verify voltage and pin compatibility before powering the ARGB connector.
