The Beko FRL5388B ExpertFry is a dual-zone hot air fryer with a combined capacity of 8.5 litres and 2400 W of power. Its double construction provides two independent cooking compartments that can be used simultaneously or separately, while the touch control panel and wide LED display give clear feedback and allow straightforward selection of programmes and temperature settings. Smart Finish coordinates cooking times across zones so different dishes can finish together, and a set of dishwasher-safe accessories supports everyday use.

Advantages

The dual-zone design enables independent or synchronized cooking, reducing total cooking time when preparing multiple dishes. The 2400 W power output and nine automatic cooking functions cover common frying, baking and grilling needs. Touch controls with a visible LED display simplify temperature and time adjustments, and the removable components and dishwasher-safe accessories make cleaning easier.

Suitable for

When it may not be suitable

This appliance may not be suitable for users who need a very large single cooking chamber for bulk batches that exceed the combined 8.5 L capacity. It is also less appropriate for kitchens without sufficient countertop space for a dual-zone fryer of this size.

Recommendations

For best results, preheat the chosen zone briefly when using baking or grilling programmes, avoid overfilling compartments to ensure even airflow, and make use of Match Cook or Smart Finish when preparing items with different cooking times so dishes are ready together.
